How do I scan the QR code?

To switch from a desktop to a mobile phone, you will need to scan a QR code

OneID® works on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Whether you're verifying your identity, age or onboarding to a new service online, you will be presented with a QR code if you're on a desktop.

You may find it easier to access your bank's app on your mobile. To switch from desktop to mobile, we you need to scan the QR code using your mobile phone's camera app. Please note that launching your banking app then trying to scan the code from there will not work.

If you prefer to continue on the desktop, simply skip the QR code by clicking 'Continue on desktop' and log in to your bank's website.
