I tried verifying using my phone number, but it doesn’t work. Why?

OneID® supports verification using all the major mobile network operators (MNOs) such as EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three in the UK, and Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T in the USA to verify your age. Please note that the verification does not work when using a pay as you go/pre-paid connections.
