Can I delete my personal data?
OneID® is designed with privacy in mind. We do not store your personal data when you use our services. If you consent to sharing the information required to verify your age - using your mobile network or bank - it is directly sent to the business. Your service provider does not see who you're sharing it with. The business will only see the data you shared.
The only piece of personal information we retain is your phone number, which serves as a secure identifier to help recognise you across services.
If you'd like to delete your OneID® account, including your phone number and any related records (such as a log of what types of data you chose to share), you can request a full account deletion by providing your phone number. Once complete, we’ll remove your phone number and any associated consent history.
