How to configure OneID® as an Adobe customer
Follow these instructions to configure your OneID® service entitlement:
- Login as an Adobe Acrobat Sign Account Administrator. If you are not an admin, please pass these instructions to your Adobe Acrobat Sign Account Administrator.
- Select the Account tab and then the Digital Identity panel.
- Check the Digital Identity Gateway checkbox in case it's unchecked:
- Click the "gear" icon of the OneID ID Assure service:
- In the Configuration screen enter the Client ID and Client Secret provided to you and click the Save button. Copy and paste the values to avoid typing errors.
- Your OneID digital identity service is enabled! From now on, your Senders will be able to select "OneID ID Assure" from the list of recipient authentication options from the Sender page.
- To enforce OneID ID Assure from the agreements created via API, use "ONEID_ID_ASSURE" as provider ID.
