If your client's report indicates a positive match for NSIRA Fraud and they wish to understand the reason, it is necessary to contact the relevant individual. This person/data subject must submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to Synectics Solutions, the company managing the National SIRA database: https://www.synectics-solutions.com/data-sar. Only the data subject can obtain information regarding the reason for a fraud match against them.
