Compare your KYC pass rate, free: run 1,000 records through KYC Match

You already know roughly how many good customers your current checks turn away. The harder number to get is how many of those people are real and worth onboarding. This comparison gives you that number on your own data, before you change anything.

Send up to 1,000 records. We run them through KYC Match and return the results next to your existing pass rate, so you can see exactly how many previously failed customers would have matched.

The offer

Run 1,000 of your records through KYC Match at no cost. You compare the results against the checks you run today. There is no contract and no commitment to buy at the end of it.

You see the difference on your customers, in your numbers, before any decision.

What you send

Three attributes per record:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • NAD: name, address and date of birth matched
  • NA: name and address matched
  • ND: name and date of birth matched
  • Distinct sources: how many independent sources confirmed each record
  • Name
  • Work email
  • Company
  • Role
  • Approximate number of records you check each month (helps us size the sample)
  • Current provider or method (optional, free text)

That is the data you already hold for KYC. Nothing extra to collect, and no end-customer involvement needed to run the comparison.

What you get back

A match report against the records you submit, showing how many people KYC Match confirmed across independent data sources. Results come back as counts:

Set that against your current pass rate and the gap is visible at record level. You see how many of the customers your existing checks rejected come back as matches across independent sources.

KYC Match matches identity attributes across banks, mobile networks, insurance data, public sector data, finance applications and credit reference agencies, going beyond credit reference data alone. It performs the identity-matching step. Your firm keeps the wider customer due diligence: risk assessment and ongoing monitoring, plus source of funds where it applies.

Why this is low-risk

You run the comparison on records that already failed, or on a representative sample, so there is nothing live at stake. The data stays within your existing KYC process. You are measuring a result on records that have already been through your process, and you keep whatever you are using today until the comparison gives you a reason to change.

What operators tend to find

A Tier-1 gaming operator was failing credit-reference-only checks on close to 30% of new customers. A second pass over the failures matched data on 55% of the sample. Around half the previously failed customers were onboarded, an overall 15% uplift in new-customer onboarding. -

Results vary by customer base. Thin-file and no-footprint customers are the ones credit-reference checks miss most often, so books with a younger or newer profile usually see the largest gap.

Request your comparison

Tell us where to send the report and we will set up your run. The form takes under a minute:

We confirm the secure transfer method and the format for your 1,000 records once you are in touch. No sales call is required to see the results.

KYC Match is part of OneID, a digital verification services provider certified under the UK’s Digital Verification Services Trust Framework. The comparison is built so the numbers do the talking. You decide what they mean for your onboarding.
