Build your OSA compliance roadmap with actionable and authoritative guidance.

Ofcom published the Children's Code of Practice, providing practical steps online services should take to comply with the UK Online Safety Act, and has set 25 July 2025 as the implementation deadline.

But online services like dating platforms,  gaming sites, social media, and others are still grappling with questions like, 'Does the Online Safety Act apply to my business?' and 'What assessments should we complete and how?' With the risk of fines and even business closure looming, this is an added pressure at an already busy time.

You'll get key insights from:
  • Ofcom about what highly effective age assurance (HEAA) solutions are, who should implement them and what compliance looks like.

  • ODDA (Online Dating and Discovery Association) about the challenges and expectations of dating platforms from a solution.

  • AVPA (Age Verification Providers Association) about the new technology solutions being developed to help platforms meet OSA compliance.
  • OneID® about how a frictionless, privacy-preserving age verification solution is helping platforms deliver results, without customer drop-offs.
