Richard is founding chairman, and he brings OneID a thirty-year experience of start-up and scale-up tech businesses, including three exits of over £100m and an ongoing Unicorn, mostly in fintech. A software sales background means he sees the market opportunity and understands B2B selling, especially into banks.
As a full-time angel investor for twenty years, Richard understands the challenges of funding early-stage businesses and is leading OneID's capital strategy. He has invested £3m into the business.
An experienced CEO, NED and board level director with a proven record of delivering growth through turnaround and transformation. Martin has successfully launched three companies and delivered ambitious global strategies for growth in both B2B and B2C markets. A customer-focused change agent with a proven ability to develop business strategies and lead teams to deliver to challenging targets.
As Chief Commercial Officer for VocaLink (formerly BACS) he transitioned the company from a not-for-profit, back-office utility into an international commercial enterprise, winning business in Australia and across Europe. It was here he launched the first real time payments service - Faster Payments - and led the merger with Link to operate the UK’s ATM network.
Martin was previously CEO of an international money transfer business using mobile technology to facilitate payments from the Middle East to the Indian sub-continent and Far East. Latterly he was Head of Payments Innovation with Nat West. Martin is an investor in the business.
Paula has a strong track record of growth and transformation in both the private and public sectors. Leading with energy, drive and passion she brings a strong commercial mindset to the role, and a commitment to our social purpose.
Most recently Paula was CEO for the Student Loans Company. Described by McKinsey in 2016 as “a medium-sized retail bank”, the SLC is a government-owned company that manages a loan book of some £200bn and supports some 6m customers.
With a background in blue chip consulting and technology services businesses, Paula was Senior Vice President and member of the UK Board at CGI, responsible for building new markets in health and public sector with end-to-end p&l responsibility for a £400m per annum business unit. Prior to that she was CEO of Atos Consulting and a Managing Consultant at KPMG.
Paula qualified as a barrister before turning to the tech world. She was awarded a CBE in the New Year’s Honours list.
Stuart brings a unique blend of deep technology experience coupled with a strong delivery ethos. His strong technical and transformation background was developed in the IT sector primarily with the MoD, EDS and Hewlett Packard.
He has delivered complex solutions at scale across a number of sectors, including banking. His move to NatWest reinforced this deep understanding of the banking sector.
Keith has strong experience leading and transforming organisations in the IT Sector, often building these from the ground up.
He led the ATLAS consortium as CEO responsible for all UK MOD’s IT Infrastructure and an annual revenue of over $1bn. And led DXC Technology’s Global Strategic Sales Centre responsible for all deals > $100m worldwide.
Elliot is a highly accomplished commercial leader who has worked in the B2B technology market for over 25 years; 15 years for global tech companies; 10 years for fintech software companies in a variety of executive and non-executive roles. In that time, Elliot has accelerated established business, scaled new businesses, and turned around failing businesses. His experience ranges from high volume, low touch commercial businesses, high value enterprise businesses and scaled channel businesses.
Elliot has worked with companies in all stages, successfully executed two exits and led several business integrations. In his last role before joining OneID, Elliot ran global sales and marketing for a PE backed enterprise B2B software business; growing the business from $65m to $95m and was part of the executive team that exited the business to new investors in March 2021.
Tim has enjoyed a highly successful career in the Technology Sector from building new businesses to becoming CEO of CGI’s £750m UK business. Now a serial investor in tech start-ups, he is Executive Chairman for a Data Management business, NED for an Insuretech company and an active member of the ScaleUp Group, which focuses on raising Series A investment for companies looking to scale.
Tim lead the highly successful acquisition and integration of Logica into CGI’s UK operations in 2013, delivering outstanding financial results by growing the combined business by 34%.
He has operated predominantly in the Financial Services sector, including Banking, Payments and Insurance, with significant operational, commercial and strategic experience in building technology businesses.
Tim is experienced in M&A, having lead a number of acquisition opportunities, and has managed diverse global teams, leading numerous strategic initiatives around culture change, leadership development and organisational agility.
Nigel Savory is a Non-Executive Director and Board Member at OneID, supporting business growth and value creation.
Nigel has more than 25 years of experience in software, software-as-a-service (SaaS) and B2B fintech industries. He has a strong track record of international expansion and a history of building partnerships with many of the world’s largest businesses and banks.
As Managing Director and Chief Product Officer at Bottomline Technologies for more than 20 years, he grew the business in to one of largest B2B SaaS payments businesses in the world, through strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Bottomline Technologies was ultimately acquired at a valuation of c$2.6 billion in May 2022.
Nigel is now an angel investor and entrepreneurial non-executive director with vast experience in sales, product development, mergers and acquisitions.
