Sales Development Representative Role

Role Details – Sales Development Representative 

 The purpose of the role is to help develop our sales by engaging directly with businesses with the aim of developing these into new customers for our sales team. These contacts will be a combination of people who have contacted us directly or who have been identified as potential customers from your and the sales team’s research.   

What you will be doing:   

  • Promoting our products to potential businesses customers 
  • Responding to leads generated by the marketing team 
  • Cold calling potential customers directly by phone and email to engage them in a discussion about the benefits of OneID 
  • Research work to both identify and understand potential customers prior to contacting them 
  • Developing contacts by engaging on social media (predominantly LinkedIn) 
  • Supporting sales meetings with metrics on progress 
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams 

 What we are looking for in you:  

  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal 
  • Persistent Individual with the ability to think creatively when dealing with customer objections 
  • Results focused team player 
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Adaptable to change 
  • Well organised and structured  
  • A winning and competitive mentality 

Qualification & Experience:  

  • Educated to A-Level 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
